The school is run by the Congregation of Franciscan Clarist Sisters, Durg, Affiliated with Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi from Class I to XII and Vishwadeep Vidyalaya (Hindi Medium) affiliated with C.G. Board, Raipur from Class I to V. The Institution has the status of Minority Community and the members of the society and the institution belongs to the Roman Catholic Church.

The objects of the Society is to take over and administer all or any of the part of the movable and immovable now or hereafter vested in the Superior of the Franciscan Clarist Sisters or vested for or any other purpose of the Roman Catholic Religion or Charitable, educational, medical or other purpose whatsoever connection therewith.

We, the Franciscan Clarist Sisters, filled and led by the Spirit, engaged in the apostolate of Education, aim at the formation of an integrated person with a mission of establishing the reign of God. The acceptance of fatherhood of God and Universal brotherhood is the eternal motivation and goal of our education.

Trusting in the Providence of God, we instill in our students the Gospel values love, truth, justice, forgiveness , tolerance and concern for others to help them to achieve harmonious integration between religion and Life and thereby become a channel of peace.

Our education imparts an appreciation of the Indian heritage and enables the students to imbibe its culture and ethos for building of a harmonious society irrespective of faith, language, caste, sex etc.

Awaken a sense of eco consciousness and love for nature is one of our objectives. Above all our target is education for all specially for the poor and the marginalized, recognizing the face of Jesus in them.

Powers of Governing Body The Governing Body shall have the entire control and management of the business and affairs of the Congregation enabling them generally to carry out the objects of the congregation as are by the act required to be exercised or done by the Congregation in General Meeting. The superior and in her absence the sister in-charge and in the absence of both, the treasure shall be the Chairman at all meetings of the congregation, and of the Governing Body.
