The school is run by the Congregation of Franciscan Clarist Sisters, Durg, Affiliated with Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi from Class I to XII and Vishwadeep Vidyalaya (Hindi Medium) affiliated with C.G. Board, Raipur from Class I to V. The Institution has the status of Minority Community and the members of the society and the institution belongs to the Roman Catholic Church.
The objects of the Society is to take over and administer all or any of the part of the movable and immovable now or hereafter vested in the Superior of the Franciscan Clarist Sisters or vested for or any other purpose of the Roman Catholic Religion or Charitable, educational, medical or other purpose whatsoever connection therewith.

Powers of Governing Body : The Governing Body shall have the entire control and management of the business and affairs of the Congregation enabling them generally to carry out the objects of the congregation as are by the act required to be exercised or done by the Congregation in General Meeting. The superior and in her absence the sister in-charge and in the absence of both, the treasure shall be the Chairman at all meetings of the congregation, and of the Governing Body.
